The Fine Arts League of Cary (FALC) is excited to announce the appointment of its first executive director, Morgan Webster, a longtime leader of successful nonprofit organizations. FALC has been serving and promoting the arts in the Cary, NC, region since 1996 and has grown to more than 300 members.
