About My Art

across a canvas. Being an artist is one of few professions that you can do through your entire life.” Maureen specializes in realistic fine art landscape, still life paintings as well as portraits. Her portrait commissions come from clients all over the United States. Maureen is a nationally awarded artist and is a member of the Portrait Society of America, National Oil & Acrylic Painters Society, Cecilia Beaux Forum, Oil Painters of America, Fine Arts League of Cary and the American Women Artists.
