Purvi

Shroff

I have formal education in Commercial Arts and Graphic Designing. I like to incorporate elements of digital designing in traditional artistry. Using traditional style with contemporary subjects is my specialty. People, community and subjects around me inspire me everyday. You can find mixture of media, applications, surfaces and sizes in my creations.

I am Purvi and I have been an artist for over twenty years working with different genres and elements. I grew up in India and have spent time in Ohio before settling in North Carolina. I have been living in RTP area with my three beautiful children and loving husband from last eight years. As my kids have grown little independent, allowing me being more productive with my first love art and painting. I started working with new ways to create textures and 3D effects while using earthy and bright colors. Nowadays I have been experimenting with fluid acrylics a lot.
