I am a professional artist and intuitive painter whose work is rooted in self-awareness, creative exploration, and human connection. After raising six children, I returned fully to my artistic practice with a renewed sense of purpose—using painting as both a personal discipline and a way to mentor others in discovering their own creative voice. Seven years ago, I moved to New York City to pursue this path more fully, offering workshops and individual instruction focused on intuitive painting and creative growth. I have worked as a freelance and commissioned artist across multiple styles, taught art in various locations and have produced and sold a wide body of work over the years. My approach is guided by optimism, curiosity, and a belief that creativity is a shared experience—one that fosters clarity, resilience, and abundant living. Through my art and teaching, I aim to give back what I have received: perspective, encouragement, and a meaningful path forward.

My work is shaped by attention—by noticing light, seasons, stillness, and change. I am drawn to moments that ask us to pause, breathe, and remain present. Painting is my way of staying open to those moments and allowing them to unfold intuitively. Through thin layers of acrylic and medium, I build depth and atmosphere, inviting the viewer to linger and engage. I believe creativity is a form of alignment. Through the choice of color, I begin a process led by movement rather than control. From this movement, intention emerges. As clarity develops, fear softens and possibility expands. My process is less about directing the work and more about listening—responding to energy, motion, and feeling as they appear on the surface. All of my work is intuitive, whether it begins with an idea or allows the idea to reveal itself along the way. Each piece is an invitation to release what no longer serves, trust inner awareness, and recognize our connection to something larger than ourselves. If the work offers reflection, calm, or a quiet permission to begin again, then it is complete—and I can sign my name.
