Proctor

Mary Proctor, a retired professor of medical microbiology, moved from the Midwest to Cary, North Carolina just before the pandemic. Her painting journey began during lockdown, experimenting with alcohol ink and line & wash techniques. She now paints exclusively in watercolor. The artist enjoys creating midwestern landscapes where she has lived and locations around the world where she and husband of 56 years have traveled.
