I am a North Carolina–based artist working in acrylic, focused on contemporary abstract painting and animal-inspired imagery. My work explores emotion, awareness, and personal experience through layered compositions and organic forms. I build my paintings over multiple sessions, allowing each piece to develop gradually. My background in wellness and breath-based practices influences my approach, with an emphasis on presence and observation. In addition to my fine art work, I also create custom pet portraits. These pieces are a more personal extension of my practice, allowing me to capture the personality and presence of individual animals in a contemporary, expressive style. I am continually evolving as an artist, actively refining my skills and developing a more cohesive style over time. My work ranges from abstract compositions to pieces that incorporate subtle animal forms, with the goal of creating artwork that feels calm, modern, and meaningful.

I create abstract paintings as a way to explore and better understand my thoughts and experiences. My work focuses on the balance between structure and unpredictability, reflecting the layered nature of everyday life. I’m interested in how moments of clarity and uncertainty can exist at the same time. I incorporate animals and organic forms as grounding elements within these compositions, bringing a sense of presence and focus. Alongside my abstract work, I also create custom pet portraits, which allow me to capture the individuality and presence of specific animals in a more direct way.
