
The MAA
Traveling Exhibition: The MAA
was founded in Clearwater, Florida in 1985. To further enhance public
understanding of the beauty and refinement of art "in little." The MAA
Traveling Exhibit was inaugurated in 1989. If you missed this

of America website and scroll down. This four panel juried
exhibit of small art has brought the story of American Miniaturism to
art museums and galleries in several foreign countries and in more than
55 US cities. The International Gallery of The S. Dillon Ripley Center
at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC displayed the show in
2004.

Show was limited to entries no more than 14" by "16 framed, and
was judged
by Judy
Crane.
The show
Reception and Awards was on Friday evening Sept 24, 2010. The four top awards totaled $525
and there were
ten $25 Honorable Mention gift certificates. Joyce McKee
- 851-2542 - was the
Show Chair.
