The FALC 2009 15th Annual Juried Art Exhibition
This show, FALC's major event of the year, was on
display at the Hope
Community Church, 821 Buck Jones Road, Raleigh, NC 27606 from
May 8 through June 27, 2009. The Award
Winners were announced and
their awards, totaling over $5300, were presented at the well-attended
show reception on
Friday evening, May 8th at the church. The exhibit was for two
and
three-dimensional original works of art, entirely the work of a single
artist and executed within the last two years. One-hundred
and twenty-two artists
entered 302 pieces, and 79 works by 61 artists were
were selected by the juror, F. Lennox Campello of
Philadelphia,
PA.
